Amaris Brown
Software QA/QC Tester
Amaris helps safeguard the quality and dependability of the KAStrack platform through a testing approach defined by precision, consistency, and an exceptional eye for detail.
She holds a degree in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona State University, where she developed a foundation in both digital and graphic design that continues to inform her thoughtful, user-conscious perspective.
Her background includes quality assurance work with a startup game engine, where her testing insights and improvement suggestions contributed to meaningful updates. She has also brought her detail-oriented strengths to other accuracy-driven work, further reinforcing the reliability and careful judgment she brings to every stage of the testing process.
Since joining KAStrack in 2021, Amaris has built a strong reputation for identifying issues during beta testing before they reach the user, helping ensure the platform remains polished, dependable, and ready to support important operational work. Her contributions add meaningful value to the development process and reflect KAStrack’s commitment to delivering software clients can trust.
Outside of work, Amaris enjoys creating art and design, baking, and playing games with friends.

Noe Cantu
Mobile Application Developer
Noe is part of the team advancing one of KAStrack’s key differentiators: mobile applications that extend the platform’s capabilities beyond the desktop and into the environments where work is happening. His path into development began with a fascination for mobile technology and a desire to understand how powerful tools could be built for such compact devices. That curiosity led him into app development early, and by 2011 he had already released a 3D game for iOS.
As his skills grew, Noe expanded into utility apps and broader software development, building a strong foundation in programming and mobile functionality. Today, his work helps KAStrack deliver practical, accessible tools that support teams in the field, strengthen real-time visibility and help clients maintain operational continuity across locations and roles.
Noe’s approach reflects KAStrack’s commitment to practical innovation and client-centered design by building mobile solutions that are not only technically capable, but useful in real operational settings. His contributions help ensure that field teams, compliance managers, and operations leaders can stay connected to critical information, complete work more efficiently, and interact with the system wherever the job takes them.
Outside of work, Noe enjoys painting miniatures, lifting weights, camping, and staying connected to the outdoors.

Robert Claypool
Founder/Owner
Robert is the founder of KAStrack and the visionary behind the software framework that defines the company’s approach to operational clarity, customization, and long-term client success. His perspective is grounded in both technical expertise and a lifelong appreciation for entrepreneurship, shaped early by growing up in a family supported by a small business where service, accountability, and hard work were part of everyday life.
A graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, he has spent his career studying how organizations function and how better systems can improve the way they work. He has developed proprietary tools and business concepts that have enhanced efficiency across industries including oil and gas, aviation, and technology, earning a reputation as a thoughtful problem-solver, trusted advisor, and resource for leaders navigating operational complexity.
Robert created KAStrack from a belief that businesses deserve systems built around the way they actually work—not generic tools that force them to adapt around the software. That belief continues to shape the company’s mission and the solutions it delivers today.
Known for his sharp insight, distinctive perspective, and ability to bring both discipline and lightness to the table, Robert leads with a rare combination of intelligence, humility, humor, and genuine care for the people he serves. His work continues to reflect what clients value most in KAStrack: a trusted partner who listens carefully, thinks deeply, and builds solutions that help their organization move forward with confidence.

As Project Manager, Sean helps guide coordination across product development, internal priorities, and client support needs. His role supports steady progress across the platform by helping teams stay aligned, responsive, and focused on delivering a strong experience for users. With a practical understanding of both technical workflows and operational demands, he plays an important part in helping KAStrack move work forward with clarity and consistency.

His ability to balance internal coordination with responsiveness to user needs supports KAStrack’s mission of helping organizations operate with greater clarity, confidence, and control.

Ben Holness
Senior Web Developer
Ever since developing his first computer game at age eight, technology and design have been a natural part of how Ben thinks. A graduate of the University of Birmingham in the UK with a B.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science, he has been building software professionally for three decades. He began his career with Nortel Networks, where he developed and tested telecommunications, switching, and VOIP products. He later went on to lead development for a startup technology company and provide consulting services across SMS and web programming.
Ben was part of the early foundation of KAStrack and has helped shape the platform into the flexible, customizable framework it is today. His depth of knowledge, inventive thinking, and deep understanding of the system make him a driving force behind the innovation and reliability clients experience in KAStrack’s solutions.
Known internally for both his sharp insight and his British sense of humor, Ben brings a steady, thoughtful energy to the team while continuing to improve existing systems and develop new solutions that help clients work with greater clarity and confidence.

Mitzi Orkus
Director of Strategic Growth and Expansion
With a background that spans engineering, operations, education, and business strategy, Mitzi brings decades of experience and a practical, people-centered approach to helping individuals and organizations solve problems, create structure, and move forward with confidence.
Holding a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of North Texas, her career began as an asset manager and operations engineer for a private equity firm managing oil and gas assets, building a strong foundation in systems, accountability, and operational performance. She later transitioned into education at the secondary and collegiate level, where her work centered on the engineering design cycle—ask, research, evaluate, design, build, and improve—a mindset that still guides how she approaches growth, implementation, and problem-solving today.
Mitzi’s connection to KAStrack began long before she joined the team. As a product user for more than five years, she relied on the platform to help manage her own small business and experienced firsthand the clarity, structure, and results it could provide. That experience made her a strong believer in both the software and the company behind it, ultimately leading her to a career focused on helping other organizations benefit from the same kind of transformation.
Today, Mitzi leads the development of KAStrack’s internal business systems while also overseeing sales, marketing, implementation, and onboarding. Known for asking thoughtful questions and helping bring shape to complex challenges, she plays a key role in ensuring KAStrack’s growth stays grounded in the real needs of the clients it serves.
