When employees are distributed across teams, departments, shifts, or locations, the gap between what leadership believes is current and what is actually documented can become a real operational liability — one that often surfaces before a deployment, during a client review, in an internal review, or when a regulatory body asks for proof that the people performing critical work were appropriately qualified.
The People Module tracks certifications, licenses, training requirements, and role-based qualifications across the workforce. When a certification is approaching expiration, the system sends proactive alerts to the individual, their supervisor, and any additional recipients designated by the organization. Alert timing, frequency, and recipients can be configured by certification, giving teams a flexible way to stay ahead of expiring requirements.
Course completions from the Courses Module connect directly to certification records in People, so training history and qualification status are visible in the same record. Dispatch planning draws on People Module data to confirm readiness before mobilization decisions are finalized. When a client, leader, or reviewer asks whether the right people were qualified for specific work, the answer is easier to produce because the qualification record is already being maintained.
