This is the phase where your workflows, operational requirements, records, and daily processes are built into KAStrack so the system reflects how your team actually works. Every client’s implementation is different because every operation is different.
Implementation is structured around tiers, allowing your organization to choose the level of involvement that fits your timeline, internal capacity, and operational complexity. At every tier, a dedicated KAStrack implementation consultant guides the process from the priorities established in your Needs Assessment through launch. Higher involvement tiers may include expanded labor hours, optional on-site support, and the option to add an embedded KAStrack team member. This gives organizations hands-on support for building records, uploading files, and configuring workflows directly.
What to Expect
Following your Needs Assessment, KAStrack provides a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of implementation, the services associated with each tier option, and an estimated timeline from contract signing to launch. The proposal gives your organization a clear picture of what the process involves and what level of support makes the most sense given your priorities and internal capacity.
Implementation is not a fixed process applied the same way to every client. The modules your organization needs, the complexity of your workflows, and the pace your team can maintain all factor into how the process is structured. Your implementation consultant helps your organization reach its launch goals and make sure the system your team receives is usable from day one.
