Knowing that a course was completed is not the same as knowing that the right person completed it, that their record is current, and that their qualification is tied to something the organization can show when asked. For employees, that gap is a documentation problem. For contractors, vendors, and clients, it can be a larger one — because many training systems only track the people inside the organization, leaving external parties off the record.
When a contractor arrives on site needing documented proof of required training, the Courses Module gives the organization a record of course completion tied to that individual’s profile — without requiring the contractor to hold a paid user account.
The Courses Module allows organizations to build, manage, and deliver training directly within KAStrack — for their own workforce and for any external party required to complete it. It supports course creation with configurable question formats, assessments, and knowledge checks, and it connects to the People Module so course completion ties directly to certification and qualification records.
Instead of managing training in a separate system and manually reconciling completion records with qualification status, the module keeps learning, completion history, and readiness information in the same operational environment.
