Most software implementations struggle not because the software is wrong, but because the system is configured before anyone truly understands how the organization works. KAStrack’s onboarding process is different by design. Before onboarding begins, your organization completes a Needs Assessment with one of our implementation specialists. By that point, we understand your workflows, requirements, team structure, and priorities, so your environment can be configured around how your organization actually works.
Onboarding is where that understanding becomes a working system. Our team provisions your dedicated server environment, configures your organization-specific settings, and begins with your People Module, which serves as the foundation for workforce records, qualifications, certifications, and role-based requirements. From there, we work alongside your key stakeholders to make sure the right people are trained, the right access levels are in place, and your team has what it needs to begin using the system with confidence.
What to Expect
Onboarding begins when your organization is ready. Your subdomain is made available immediately upon contract signing, and our team is prepared to move at your pace, whether that means starting right away or giving your internal team time to organize the records and information the system will need. There is no pressure to rush a process that benefits from getting things right.
Throughout onboarding, your assigned implementation consultant remains your primary point of contact. They are familiar with your priorities from the Needs Assessment and are focused on one outcome: getting your team to a strong, confident starting point so that implementation can build on a solid foundation.
